I just opened a kraken account and I will Be depositing $100 every week into this account. I will not be touching it and I want it to grow over time. I am using this as sort of a “hopeful” savings for the next 10-20 years. My question is this - how would u set up reoccurring buys? I am thinking of putting $50 into ethereum , & then another $50 divided between SOL, HBAR, BTC, LTC. Any advice for a new trader looking to stack money overtime? submitted by /u/ultravi0let__ [link] [Kommentare]
Robinhood utilizes its own dedicated Ethereum Layer 2 (L2) network called Robinhood Chain. The network is built using Arbitrum’s Orbit technology stack, meaning it operates as a specialized rollup settled on Ethereum, tapping into Arbitrum's speed and low transaction costs while maintaining Ethereum's underlying security. The network launched its public mainnet on July 1, 2026, and is designed specifically as an institutional-grade, permissionless environment for decentralized finance (DeFi) and tokenized real-world assets (RWAs)—such as their 24/7 tradable "Stock Tokens" (like NVDA, GOOG, and AAPL) available outside the US. Key Technical Specs: Architecture: Ethereum Layer 2 (Built on Arbitrum Orbit) Compatibility: Fully EVM-compatible (Ethereum Virtual Machine) Native Gas Token: Ethereum (ETH) Core Infrastructure Partners: Chainlink (official cross-chain oracle & CCIP), Alchemy, and BitGo. submitted by /u/Euro347 [link] [Kommentare]
Let's say, you have 2.5 trillion dollars in the bank while 1 BTC is worth $130k. You can now safely store that money in BTC. But when 1 BTC is worth only $60k you cannot store all of your money in it. => Buy BTC at ATH. It's the best store of value. submitted by /u/jspartanlee [link] [Kommentare]
Short answer, yes, at least locally. Monthly chart is in Buy zone. Deepest price is 47k, but everyone is waiting instead of buying, I AM buying. https://www.youtube.com/live/JiDQQdHEbrA?si=nGF1n1oD98etuiWa submitted by /u/TheBarrendero [link] [Kommentare]

ADA isn’t “early” anymore — it’s just been dead money At what point are we allowed to stop pretending ADA is just “undervalued” and admit it’s been one of the most painful long-term holds in crypto? One recent Reddit post flat-out called it one of the worst long-term investments they’ve ever made, and honestly it’s hard to argue when the chart looks like this. ADA is sitting at $0.1454 right now. Not $1.45. Not anywhere close to the levels people were dreaming about when the 2021 hype was in full force. And that’s the real sting: people didn’t buy this thing to celebrate that it “probably won’t go to zero.” Recent coverage says a literal zero is extremely unlikely, but that is such a pathetic standard for something that was sold as a serious long-term winner. This is what bagholders still don’t want to hear: surviving is not the same as performing. If you’ve been holding since the mania era, you’re not looking at some misunderstood gem — you’re looking at years of opportunity cost, broken expectations, and a chart that keeps humbling anyone still calling it a top-tier play. Even now, ADA’s 50-day moving average is $0.20946 and its 200-day moving average is $0.27989, both well above the current $0.1454 price. That’s not strength. That’s a coin trading below both trend lines while people on social media keep recycling the same “just wait” story. Maybe ADA doesn’t go to zero. But for anyone who bought the dream years ago, watching it sit at $0.1454 is close enough to a financial insult. submitted by /u/LeanCrafterUK [link] [Kommentare]
I looked at wallets from 5+ years ago... I have over 10bnb locked up in a contract I set for 40 years (smh I know), I see reminders of all the crypto traders I know who are probably long gone now who used to be friends who I am out of contact with or are probably gone forever, I see all the money (over 100k) destroyed by ftx and sam altmans trading against his own customers. I haven't looked in a long time because it hurts so much. I'd rather be a crypto noob because then I'd be blissfully ignorant to how brutal things get. I had a big trump coin wallet that revived me for a bit because I got in early enough but as we all know the melania coin made it draw down. I tried to rebuild again with a hype long but 10/10 destroyed that too. For the first time ever I have pretty much given up hope in crypto and I've been in it since early 2010s. I'm not saying it'll never pump again a bit, but I don't think there will ever be another mega bull run for it like we have had in the past. I am pretty much zeroed out and have to become a normie now (and I have nothing to show for resume too). At least it was fun in the moment. submitted by /u/Lost_Foot_6301 [link] [Kommentare]
Obviously legislation passed by the US/EU that relates to crypto influences prices, but like what about when these guys aren't doing laws. The Iran War has affected markets all across the globe in all kinds of industries but it seems to not affect crypto prices at all. And bitcoin crashed recently but I don't see why? submitted by /u/SaneForCocoaPuffs [link] [Kommentare]
