Did I just got scammed by polymarket?(reddit.com)

Sent SOL directly from an exchange to my Polymarket Solana deposit address. Transaction confirmed on-chain, but Polymarket showed "Deposit failed, please try again later" and my balance stayed at $0. Contacted support and got directed to their recovery portal at recovery.poly.market — but the tool only covers EVM chains (Ethereum, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum, etc.). It shows zero balance because my funds are on Solana, which the tool can't reach. The SOL is sitting at their address. They have custody of it. Support keeps deflecting.
