I found a website on the dark web that appears to sell insider trading information. I spent some time researching it, including reading discussions on Dread and other forums, and it seems that the people running the site are actually selling non-public information from corporate insiders. What is the proper way to report a website like this to the SEC? If I submit a report, would I potentially qualify for a whistleblower reward?
