Newbie question(reddit.com)

Hello and hope you're having a good day. I had Cardano on SecondFi and not thinking, entered my seed phrase there to check my account and everything looks fine. I went ahead and transferred everything to my Crypto.com wallet as I will be liquidating in the near future. My question is is my crypto still in danger since I entered my seed phrase in SecondFi?
