These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of infeeo.com, including all related features, accounts, profiles, posts, comments, uploads, votes, reactions, categories, communities, notifications and other services provided through the platform (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Service, posting content, uploading media, commenting, voting, reacting or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. About Infeeo

Infeeo is a community-based social platform where users can create, share, discover and interact with posts, links, images, media, comments, votes, categories, tags and community content.

The Service may include user profiles, anonymous posting, categories, tags, link previews, media uploads, comments, voting, boosting, sharing, bookmarks, feeds, recommendations and moderation tools.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are legally allowed to enter into a binding agreement.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use interactive features of the Service. If the laws of your country require a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

  • you meet the required minimum age;
  • you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms;
  • you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws;
  • all information you provide is accurate and not misleading.

We may refuse access, suspend accounts or terminate accounts if we reasonably believe that a user does not meet these requirements.

This license exists only for the purpose of operating, providing, improving, protecting and displaying the Service. It ends when your User Content is deleted from the Service, except where retention is required for legal, security, audit, backup, moderation or dispute purposes.

You represent and warrant that:

  • your User Content does not violate the rights of others;

  • your User Content does not contain prohibited material under these Terms.

7. Content Visibility

User Content may be public, semi-public or limited depending on the feature used. Public content may be visible to other users, visitors, search engines, link previews and third-party services.

You should not post private, confidential or sensitive information unless you want it to be visible according to the selected feature.

We do not guarantee that deleted or edited content will immediately disappear from all caches, backups, search engine results, screenshots, shares or third-party copies.

8. Prohibited Content

You must not post, upload, share, link to, promote or distribute content that:

  • is illegal under applicable law;
  • promotes, supports or instructs criminal activity;
  • contains child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors;
  • exploits, abuses or endangers children;
  • promotes terrorism, violent extremism or organized criminal activity;
  • contains credible threats, incitement to violence or calls for harm;
  • harasses, stalks, intimidates, humiliates or targets individuals or groups;
  • contains hate speech or dehumanizing attacks based on protected characteristics;
  • exposes private personal data of others without lawful basis or consent;
  • violates privacy, image rights, personality rights or data protection rights;
  • infringes copyright, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights;
  • contains malware, spyware, phishing, credential theft, scams or harmful code;
  • spreads spam, manipulation, fake engagement or automated abuse;
  • impersonates another person or entity in a misleading way;
  • contains non-consensual intimate images or sexual exploitation;
  • promotes self-harm, suicide or dangerous behavior in an instructive or encouraging way;
  • contains graphic violence without context or appropriate restrictions;
  • is misleading, deceptive or fraudulent;
  • attempts to manipulate votes, rankings, feeds, boosts or platform systems;
  • violates these Terms, community rules or feature-specific rules.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful purposes;
  • attack, disrupt, overload or interfere with the Service;
  • bypass security, rate limits, access controls or moderation systems;
  • use bots, scrapers, crawlers or automated tools without permission;
  • collect user data without lawful basis and permission;
  • sell, rent or trade accounts;
  • create fake accounts to manipulate voting, ranking or visibility;
  • exploit bugs, vulnerabilities or unintended behavior;
  • upload files that are malicious, deceptive or unsafe;
  • attempt to access private areas, accounts, databases or systems;
  • reverse engineer or copy the Service except where allowed by law;
  • use the Service to send spam, scams or unsolicited advertising;
  • abuse reporting, appeal or moderation systems.

10. Media Uploads

The Service may allow image, video or file uploads. You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded media is lawful, safe and does not violate third-party rights.

We may restrict accepted file types, file size, dimensions, upload frequency and storage duration.

We may scan, resize, compress, convert, reject or remove uploaded media for technical, security, moderation or legal reasons.

You must not upload:

  • malware or harmful files;
  • files disguised as another file type;
  • illegal images or videos;
  • copyrighted material without permission;
  • private images of others without lawful permission;
  • sexual content involving minors;
  • non-consensual intimate media;
  • content that violates these Terms.

11. Links and Link Previews

Users may post external links. The Service may generate link previews using metadata, thumbnails, titles, descriptions or domain information.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, products, services, security, privacy practices or availability.

A link or preview does not mean that we endorse the linked content.

You must not use links to distribute malware, phishing, scams, illegal content, misleading content or content that violates these Terms.

12. Categories, Tags and Communities

The Service may allow users to add categories, tags or community labels to content.

You must use categories and tags accurately and not in a misleading, abusive or manipulative way.

We may rename, merge, remove, restrict or moderate categories, tags or communities to improve quality, safety, usability or legal compliance.

13. Votes, Reactions, Boosts and Rankings

The Service may include votes, reactions, boosts, views, points, scores, badges, ranking signals or visibility systems.

These features are intended to help organize and discover content. They do not create a financial claim, ownership right, payout right or legally protected entitlement unless expressly stated in separate written terms.

You must not manipulate votes, boosts, views, scores, rankings or recommendations through fake accounts, bots, coordinated abuse, scripts, paid manipulation or technical exploits.

We may adjust, remove or disregard engagement signals where we detect manipulation, abuse, spam, fraud or technical errors.

14. Feed, Recommendations and Moderation Signals

The Service may use technical and content-based signals to organize feeds, search results, recommendations, trending content, category suggestions or visibility.

Such signals may include:

  • recency;
  • categories and tags;
  • votes and reactions;
  • comments;
  • user activity;
  • reported content;
  • moderation status;
  • community relevance;
  • language or region;
  • account trust and safety signals;
  • technical performance.

We may reduce, remove, restrict or label content where necessary for safety, quality, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms.

15. Content Moderation

We may review, moderate, remove, restrict, label, downrank or disable access to User Content if we reasonably believe that it:

  • violates these Terms;
  • violates applicable law;
  • creates legal, security or safety risks;
  • infringes third-party rights;
  • is spam, fraudulent, abusive or manipulative;
  • may harm users, third parties or the Service.

Moderation may be performed manually, automatically or through a combination of both.

Where required by law, we may provide information about moderation decisions, including the reason for restriction and available appeal options.

16. Reporting Illegal or Harmful Content

Users and third parties may report content that they believe is illegal, harmful, infringing or in violation of these Terms.

Reports should include:

The Service, including its design, software, code, layout, database structure, logos, branding, graphics, interfaces, features and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer or exploit the Service except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

The name "Infeeo", the domain "infeeo.com", logos, marks and related branding may not be used without permission.

19. Copyright and Rights Complaints

25. Third-Party Services

The Service may interact with third-party services such as hosting providers, analytics tools, email providers, security tools, link preview sources, content delivery networks or embedded content.

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, content, policies or actions.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

26. Paid Features

The Service may offer paid features, subscriptions, boosts, premium tools or other paid options in the future.

If paid features are offered, the specific price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation options, refund rules and additional terms will be shown before purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, virtual points, boosts, badges, scores or visibility features have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

27. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account if:

  • you violate these Terms;
  • you violate applicable law;
  • you create legal, security or safety risks;
  • you abuse users, reports, appeals or platform systems;
  • you infringe third-party rights;
  • your account is involved in spam, fraud or manipulation;

  • continued access may harm users, third parties or the Service.

We may also restrict specific features, such as posting, commenting, uploading, voting, messaging, editing or account visibility.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If account deletion is available, you may request deletion through the available account tools or by contacting us.

Certain data may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, backups or enforcement of these Terms.

28. Inactive Accounts

We may delete, restrict or anonymize inactive accounts after a reasonable period, especially where needed for security, data minimization or maintenance.

Before deleting an account for inactivity, we may attempt to notify the user where reasonable.

29. No Professional Advice

Content on the Service is provided by users and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive or misleading.

The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, investment, technical, safety or other professional advice.

You should not rely on User Content as professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

30. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement and security.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the Service will meet your expectations;
  • content will be accurate or reliable;
  • errors will be corrected immediately;
  • the Service will be free from harmful components;
  • user content will remain available;
  • rankings, votes, boosts or visibility will remain unchanged.

Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

31. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraud or mandatory statutory liability.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, reputation, content, business opportunities or expected savings.

We are not responsible for:

  • user-generated content;
  • third-party websites or services;
  • unauthorized account access caused by user negligence;
  • loss caused by events outside our reasonable control;
  • moderation decisions made in good faith;
  • temporary unavailability, bugs or technical issues.

32. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of the Service from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from:

  • your User Content;
  • your use of the Service;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of applicable law;
  • your infringement of third-party rights;
  • your misuse of accounts, uploads, comments, votes, reports or platform features.

This does not apply where the claim was caused by our unlawful conduct or where indemnity is not permitted by applicable law.

33. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Mandatory legal protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
