2. About Infeeo
Infeeo is a community-based social platform where users can create, share, discover and interact with posts, links, images, media, comments, votes, categories, tags and community content.
The Service may include user profiles, anonymous posting, categories, tags, link previews, media uploads, comments, voting, boosting, sharing, bookmarks, feeds, recommendations and moderation tools.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are legally allowed to enter into a binding agreement.

We do not guarantee that deleted or edited content will immediately disappear from all caches, backups, search engine results, screenshots, shares or third-party copies.
8. Prohibited Content

- contains child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors;

- promotes self-harm, suicide or dangerous behavior in an instructive or encouraging way;
- contains graphic violence without context or appropriate restrictions;
- is misleading, deceptive or fraudulent;
- attempts to manipulate votes, rankings, feeds, boosts or platform systems;
- violates these Terms, community rules or feature-specific rules.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes;
- attack, disrupt, overload or interfere with the Service;
- bypass security, rate limits, access controls or moderation systems;
- use bots, scrapers, crawlers or automated tools without permission;
- collect user data without lawful basis and permission;
- sell, rent or trade accounts;

12. Categories, Tags and Communities
The Service may allow users to add categories, tags or community labels to content.
You must use categories and tags accurately and not in a misleading, abusive or manipulative way.
We may rename, merge, remove, restrict or moderate categories, tags or communities to improve quality, safety, usability or legal compliance.
13. Votes, Reactions, Boosts and Rankings
The Service may include votes, reactions, boosts, views, points, scores, badges, ranking signals or visibility systems.
These features are intended to help organize and discover content. They do not create a financial claim, ownership right, payout right or legally protected entitlement unless expressly stated in separate written terms.
You must not manipulate votes, boosts, views, scores, rankings or recommendations through fake accounts, bots, coordinated abuse, scripts, paid manipulation or technical exploits.
We may adjust, remove or disregard engagement signals where we detect manipulation, abuse, spam, fraud or technical errors.
14. Feed, Recommendations and Moderation Signals
The Service may use technical and content-based signals to organize feeds, search results, recommendations, trending content, category suggestions or visibility.

We may reduce, remove, restrict or label content where necessary for safety, quality, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms.
15. Content Moderation
We may review, moderate, remove, restrict, label, downrank or disable access to User Content if we reasonably believe that it:

- creates legal, security or safety risks;

- moderation decisions made in good faith;

32. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of the Service from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from:
