Has anyone tried to cancel something from Microsoft. I have been trying for 2 months to cancel my Microsoft 365 subscription. They make this literally impossible. I can see it in my account click on it but not cancel. I have tried to call, there are no people. I have tried to chat, but it says log into my account even though I am already logged in the account when I open chat. When i try to log in from chat, then my account is unrecognized even though I logged in. When I try to call they say my account does not exist. I tried to remove my payment method and you can only do this if you replace it with a new card. I have called the credit card to have them blocked over a month ago. Yet they still charged me today.
