I’m trying to move my smaller trades away from CEXs to aggregators, but I’m struggling to vet their reliability. CEXs at least have audit histories and proof of reserves, whereas aggregators feel like a black box. I don't want to just blindly trust online reviews. > For those who use them: do the final rates actually match what's shown on the widget? Also, if a swap ever gets delayed or stuck, how responsive is their support team? submitted by /u/ciarcat [link] [Kommentare]

Bit of a noob question, but I used to swap through platov.cc and now I’m only seeing platov.co everywhere. The interface and branding look very similar, but the domain is different, which always makes me nervous with anything crypto‑related. Did they just move from .cc to .co and leave the old domain behind, or is this a different thing entirely that just looks the same? Anyone here know if platov.co is the same legit service that was on platov.cc, or should I be treating it as a separate, untrusted site and start with a tiny test only? submitted by /u/ibrahimdigital [link] [Kommentare]

> Article except. Almost 1,700 British investors are seeking at least £150 million, or about $200 million, from Binance and Changpeng Zhao, according to Reuters. The case was filed in London’s High Court and names Binance Holdings, UAE-registered Nest Exchange, Zhao and “persons unknown” linked to the Binance trading platform. The claimants allege Binance sold risky and complex crypto derivative products without the needed regulatory authorization. They say the products included leveraged tokens, futures contracts and options, which can raise gains but also deepen losses when markets move against traders. submitted by /u/zesushv [link] [Kommentare]

Why don't bitcoin nodes produce snapshots of their current utxo database, so that a new node does not have to download everything first? What is the size of the current utxo database? Small block proponents gave up cheap transactions in order to keep the blockchain small, but this argument seems bogus. submitted by /u/bunky_bunk [link] [Kommentare]
hi. I am from Argentina. I have a high income and so far I invested into real estate in my country with 9% annual returns. I have enough money to buy 1 BTC now at 60k, which is around 15% of my net worth. I am 25 years old and wanna HOLD for at least years. I never bought any crypto, is it a good time to go all in now? submitted by /u/Human_Reward_8786 [link] [Kommentare]

Anyone mind giving a quick rundown on where crypto stands right now? I really don't want to dive too deep into the rabbit hole and community bubble, just curious what the mood is atm. I hope you guys can understand why I dont wanna get consumed by this stuff. Just wish to know how crypto is currently seen as an investment by you guys. To give some context: I bought lots of crypto back in 2022 and 23 via Coinbase over a few months and sold everything in 2025 to buy my first car. No regrets at all, that car led to a lot of personal growth and great stories; no way I could've afforded it as a student if it weren't for that investment and subsequent selling. Also got me some less legal stuff and donated few bucks to sci-hub. So my memory of crypto is positive. But now I'm finally done with uni and able to start investing again. What's the general play right now? Are people buying, holding, or waiting for even lower prices to buy? Did peeps give up? submitted by /u/Brilliant-Archer-701 [link] [Kommentare]
