Is MSTR a ticking time bomb?(reddit.com)
Convince me why this wont happen. Claude says: If BTC keeps dropping, MSTR stock drops harder. When MSTR is down, Saylor can’t sell new shares or preferred stock at good prices to raise cash. But the ~$1.2B/year in preferred dividends still has to be paid regardless. So he’s forced to sell BTC to cover them. Selling 4%+ of total BTC supply into a weak market pushes BTC down further, which tanks MSTR more, which makes the next round of fundraising even worse. Each loop tightens the next one. He already broke the “never sell” rule on June 1 with 32 BTC. The convertible bond puts hitting in late 2027 and early 2028 could demand $3-4B in cash on top of the dividends, accelerating the whole thing. submitted by /u/fatchinaman69 [link] [Kommentare]

MiCA is starting to actually bite. Binance EU is the biggest casualty so far(reddit.com)
Binance withdrew its Greek MiCA application June 24, after Greek regulators reportedly flagged concerns over corporate structure. From July 1 they're suspending new orders, deposits, signups, and Earn/staking for EU users. Only ~200 firms had MiCA licences as of May 2026 out of 1,200+ that had national registrations pre-MiCA. Conversion rate under 18%. This is going to keep happening. Curious what people are doing with EU holdings, moving to a licensed CEX, going full self-custody, or just waiting it out since withdrawals aren't affected. (Disclosure: I run a non-custodial swap aggregator, CypherGoat, so I've got a stake in the self-custody side of this conversation, take that as you will.) submitted by /u/4rkal [link] [Kommentare]
Crypto Fatigue: Riding Solana, Stuck in the Noise(reddit.com)
I’m still here. Not selling unless things really go off the rails, but I just need to vent for a minute because I’m honestly exhausted by this market. I bought SOL in the low $20s, but I also bought ONDO above $2 at the top. I’ve ridden the ups and downs, took some profits here and there, but nothing significant. And now here we are again, supposedly “bottoming.” I’m tired of hearing respected voices like Tom Lee talk about how we’re in the bottoming process, while at the same time watching things like MSTR struggle. The mixed signals are mentally draining. To be clear, this isn’t the kind of struggle where I’m thinking about selling everything and walking away. It’s more the psychological side of it. The bears feel louder, the FUD feels stronger, and the uncertainty seems heavier than it did in previous cycles. I’m not looking for hopium or reassurance. I know everyone in this market deals with these emotions at some point. Just wanted to share where my head is at and see if anyone else is feeling the same. Thanks for listening. 🙏 submitted by /u/NoSleepDad2023 [link] [Kommentare]

PACT and its imposters(reddit.com)
Look out for a cryptocurrency called PACT. There is one that went live around the 17th and a tone of 15 minute imposters that pump up from a penny to 8 cents over a 3 to 15 minute period. Once it reaches a certain level of holders, the whale sells off all of it and pulls the rug out from under everyone else and it drops in value by 100%. Don't fall for it. submitted by /u/brobeans1738 [link] [Kommentare]
