Copyright & Rights in Works
Your rights remain yours
Members retain the rights in their images, videos, text and other works. The platform receives only the licence required to store and display those works within INFEEO, as described in the Terms of Use.
Upload only authorized material
Upload only works you created yourself or for which you hold an adequate licence. Photographs of people, third-party logos, music, film clips, buildings, artworks and screenshots may also involve third-party rights.
Reporting an infringement
Rights holders may report a suspected infringement through the reporting tools or to boss@mailsdu.com. A sufficiently detailed notice should include:
- identification of the protected work
- the exact URL or post ID of the disputed content
- a description of the alleged infringement
- contact details and an explanation of the reporter’s authority
- supporting documents or authorization where available
Review process
The operator reviews sufficiently substantiated notices and may temporarily restrict content, request additional information, contact the publishing user or remove the content. Clearly abusive notices may be rejected.
Media and screenshot protection
Optional media protection can discourage direct downloads, dragging, context-menu use and certain video functions, and can display a watermark. It cannot reliably prevent operating-system screenshots, screen recordings or photographs taken with an external camera.
