Ownership

Members retain copyright and other rights in their images, videos, animation, writing and other work. Publishing grants only the limited technical and display licence described in the Terms of Use. The operator does not acquire ownership of uploaded work.

Upload only authorized material

Upload only material you created or are permitted to use. Relevant rights can include copyright, related rights, trademarks, designs, database rights, music and performance rights, model releases, privacy and publicity rights. A source credit, disclaimer or non-commercial purpose does not by itself authorize use.

Platform processing

To operate the service, media can be copied to local or remote storage, transcoded, resized, cached, watermarked, included in previews and delivered through signed or public URLs. These technical acts do not expand the platform licence beyond the Terms of Use.

Reporting infringement

A rights holder or authorized representative can use the public notice-and-action form or email boss@mailsdu.com. A useful notice includes:

• identification of the protected work or right
• the exact URL, post ID or other electronic location of the disputed content
• a clear explanation of why the use is unlawful
• the reporter’s name and reliable contact information
• an explanation of authority to act for the rights holder
• supporting registrations, licences, screenshots or authorization where relevant
• a good-faith confirmation that the information is accurate

Review and response

The operator reviews sufficiently substantiated notices and may restrict access, preserve evidence, request more information, contact the publishing user, restore content or remove it. Where legally required, affected users receive reasons and an opportunity to request review. The operator may reject notices that are incomplete, obviously unfounded or abusive.

Counter-information

A user who believes content was restricted in error should identify the decision, explain the rights or exception relied on, provide supporting evidence and confirm that the response is accurate. Repeated infringement or repeated abusive notices may result in account restrictions.

Screenshots and media protection

Optional media protection can discourage direct downloads, dragging, context-menu use and some video-download functions, and may display a watermark. It cannot reliably prevent operating-system screenshots, screen recording, browser developer tools or external cameras. Creators should publish only media they are prepared to make publicly viewable.
