Unless the operator publishes different information in the Admin Panel, the operator is neither obliged nor generally willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for user content
INFEEO is a platform on which members publish their own artwork, images, videos, text and comments. The person who publishes third-party content is initially responsible for it. Notices concerning unlawful content may be submitted through the reporting tools or by email to boss@mailsdu.com. Once the operator becomes aware of a specific infringement, the relevant content will be reviewed and, where necessary, removed or restricted.
