Responsibility for member content
InFeeo hosts profiles, artwork, images, videos, text, topics and comments supplied by members. Members remain responsible for ensuring that their content is lawful and that they hold the necessary rights. A specific item of allegedly unlawful content can be reported through the public notice-and-action form or by email to boss@mailsdu.com. The operator reviews sufficiently precise notices and takes action where required by law or the published rules.
Copyright and trademarks
The platform design, software presentation and operator-created content may be protected by copyright, trademark or other laws. Rights in works uploaded by members generally remain with their respective rights holders. The limited platform licence is described in the Terms of Use and Copyright Policy.
Accuracy of operator information
The operator must replace every placeholder with genuine, current information before public operation and must update this notice when the business form, address, contact point, hosting arrangement or competent authority changes.
