Transparency & Moderation
Service and legal framework
InFeeo hosts information supplied by users and may qualify as an intermediary, hosting service or online platform under the EU Digital Services Act depending on the actual operation. The operator must assess the applicable classification, exemptions and reporting duties. Contact point: boss@mailsdu.com. Competent Digital Services Coordinator: The competent Digital Services Coordinator in the operator’s country of establishment..
Rules and restrictions
The Terms of Use and Community Guidelines identify the grounds on which content, accounts or functions may be restricted. These include illegality, rights infringement, safety risks, pornography, harassment, deception, spam, security abuse and repeated violations. The rules are applied with regard to context, proportionality, freedom of expression and the rights of affected persons.
Notice-and-action mechanism
The public legal-notice form allows any person or organization to identify a specific item considered unlawful. A useful notice contains the exact electronic location, an explanation of illegality, reliable contact details and a good-faith statement. Community reports are available to signed-in users for platform-rule violations.
Notices are assessed without undue delay according to severity, clarity, evidence and legal risk. Submission does not guarantee removal. Notices that are vague, duplicate, abusive or obviously unfounded may be rejected or require more information.
Moderation process and tools
Moderation can be initiated by a user report, legal notice, administrator review, configured blocked-word rule, optional report threshold, security detection or authority order. Available measures include:
- no action or rejection of the report
- request for additional information
- rejection of a new post or comment containing blocked terms
- temporary automatic hiding after a configured report threshold
- reduced visibility or access restriction
- content removal
- warning or function restriction
- temporary or permanent account suspension
- evidence preservation or referral to a competent authority where legally required
The standard installation does not use an AI model to make final permanent account-suspension decisions. Administrators review consequential measures. Automated blocked-word and threshold actions can make temporary or submission-stage decisions and should be configured carefully.
Reasons and internal review
Where legally required and technically possible, the affected user or notifier receives or can request a statement of reasons identifying the measure, principal ground, use of automated tools and available redress. Review requests should identify the content or account, the decision date and the reasons for reversal. Reviews are handled without charge and are not decided solely by the automated mechanism that triggered the original restriction.
Out-of-court and regulatory redress
Where the Digital Services Act applies, eligible recipients may have access to a certified out-of-court dispute-settlement body and may complain to the competent Digital Services Coordinator. Court remedies and other statutory rights remain unaffected. The former EU consumer ODR platform closed on July 20, 2025 and is not the DSA review mechanism.
Feed and recommender-system parameters
Discover primarily displays eligible published content. Following combines the user’s posts, followed creators and followed topics. Popular uses interaction and visibility signals. Publication time, moderation status, account status and duplicate prevention affect inclusion. Users influence these parameters by choosing a feed, following or unfollowing creators, and changing topic interests. The standard installation does not personalize feeds for advertising.
Transparency records and reports
The system records reports, legal notices, status changes and administrative actions. Where legally applicable, the operator must publish periodic content-moderation transparency information in the required format, including notices, actions, complaints, processing times and automated tools. The public text here does not replace a required statistical transparency report.
Authority orders and serious offences
The operator processes valid orders from competent authorities in accordance with applicable law. Where the operator becomes aware of information giving rise to suspicion of a criminal offence involving a threat to life or safety, statutory notification duties are assessed and followed.
