Terms of Use
Effective date: July 25, 2026 · version 1.0
1. Scope
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between [Add the operator name in the Admin Panel], as operator of INFEEO, and every person who creates or uses an account. The service is intended for artists, designers, photographers, illustrators, filmmakers and other creative people.
2. Account registration
Registration may be public, invitation-only or closed, depending on the current configuration. Users must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. The configured minimum age is 16. Only one person may use an individual account unless the operator expressly permits a team or organization account.
3. Permitted use
Members may create profiles, upload artwork, images, videos and text, follow creators and hashtags, comment, like, report content and use other available community functions. The platform may not be used for unlawful conduct, harassment, spam, malware, deceptive manipulation or interference with the service.
4. Prohibited sexual content
Pornography, explicit sexual content intended primarily for sexual arousal, sexual services, fetish content and any sexualized depiction involving minors are prohibited. Non-pornographic artistic nudity may be allowed when lawful, non-exploitative and consistent with the Community Guidelines. The operator may restrict or remove borderline content to preserve the platform’s artistic focus.
5. Rights in uploaded works
Users retain their copyright and other rights in their works. By uploading content, the user grants the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, limited to the duration of publication and technically necessary backups, to host, reproduce, transcode, resize and display the content within the platform, feeds, previews, PWA views and related platform communications. This licence does not authorize sale of the work or unrelated commercial use.
Users may upload only content for which they hold all required rights and permissions, including copyright, trademark, personality, privacy and model-release rights. Crediting a source does not by itself create permission to use a work.
6. Moderation and reports
Content and accounts may be reported, reviewed, restricted, hidden or removed when they violate law, these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Depending on seriousness and repetition, the operator may issue warnings, temporary restrictions or permanent account suspensions. Decisions should be reasoned, proportionate and based on the published rules. Contact: boss@mailsdu.com.
7. Availability and changes
The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or unchanged availability. Maintenance, security measures, technical incidents and continued development may temporarily restrict functionality. The operator may make reasonable changes to the service and these Terms. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.
8. Account termination
Members may request deletion of their account. The operator may suspend or delete accounts because of serious or repeated violations, security risks or legal obligations. Statutory retention and evidence-preservation duties remain unaffected.
9. Liability
The operator remains fully liable for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and where mandatory law requires. For slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to the damage typically foreseeable for this type of agreement. Users remain responsible for content they publish unless the operator is independently responsible under applicable law.
10. Governing law
German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable at their habitual residence. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
