Terms of Use

1. Contracting party and scope

These Terms govern the use of InFeeo and the contractual relationship between the user and Adnan S. They apply to visitors where relevant and to every person who creates or uses an account. Separate written agreements take priority only for the matters they expressly cover.

2. Purpose of the service

InFeeo is an independently operated network for artists, designers, photographers, illustrators, animators, filmmakers and other creative people. Available functions can include public profiles, media posts, captions, topics, follows, likes, comments, mention notifications, private one-to-one messages, administrator broadcasts, search, invitations, PWA installation, native link sharing, moderation tools and privacy requests.

3. Registration and account security

Registration may be open, invitation-only or disabled. Users must provide accurate information, maintain a valid email address, protect their credentials and notify the operator of suspected unauthorized access. Automated registrations, credential sharing, account trading and creation of deceptive duplicate identities are prohibited.

The configured minimum age is 16. Users below the legally required age may register only with any legally necessary authorization. The operator may request reasonable age or identity information where required for safety, rights protection or legal compliance.

4. Public nature of the service

Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, profiles, posts, media, captions, topics, comments and interaction counts are public. Public content can be indexed, linked, cached, quoted, screenshotted or independently copied by third parties. Media protection can discourage simple downloading but cannot prevent screenshots, screen recordings or external cameras. Users should retain their own original files and should not publish information they expect to remain confidential.

4A. Private messages, broadcasts and notifications

Private messages are intended for direct communication between two registered accounts and are not displayed publicly. Administrators may send operational messages to all active accounts and may choose whether a recipient can reply to the sending administrator. Mention notifications can be generated when another user includes a valid `@username` in a published post or comment. Notifications link to the public source content and must not be used to harass, impersonate or repeatedly target another account.

Private messages and administrator broadcasts are not end-to-end encrypted. Users must not use messaging for harassment, threats, fraud, phishing, unsolicited mass promotion, illegal transactions or distribution of prohibited content. The operator may apply technical rate limits and may process message, broadcast and notification data where necessary to operate and secure the service, comply with law or investigate a concrete report. Users should never send passwords, payment credentials or highly sensitive information through the messaging function.

5. User content and platform licence

Users retain their copyright and other rights in their content. By uploading or publishing content, the user grants the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence for the period of publication and technically necessary backup retention to:

• host, store, copy and deliver the content through local or remote storage nodes
• reproduce, transcode, resize, crop or generate technical previews, thumbnails, posters, metadata and accessible descriptions
• display the content in profiles, feeds, search, topic pages, post pages, PWA views, social previews, SEO endpoints and platform communications
• make the content available through secure, signed or public media URLs and canonical share links
• perform technical migration, backup, recovery and integrity checks

This licence is limited to operating, securing, promoting and documenting the platform and the user’s published presence. It does not transfer ownership and does not authorize sale of the work or unrelated merchandise use. Deletion ends future public use, subject to technically necessary backup cycles, legal retention and independent third-party copies.

6. Required rights and permissions

Users may publish only content they created or are authorized to use. They must possess all necessary copyright, trademark, design, database, privacy, publicity, model-release, music, performance and other permissions. Crediting a creator, linking a source or modifying a work does not automatically create permission. Users must not falsely claim authorship or submit fabricated infringement notices.

7. Prohibited use and content

The service must not be used for:

• unlawful content or conduct
• child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation or sexualized depictions of minors
• pornography, explicit sexual content primarily intended for sexual arousal, sexual services or prohibited fetish content
• threats, glorification or incitement of violence, terrorism or serious criminal activity
• hateful or discriminatory attacks, dehumanization or calls for exclusion or violence
• harassment, stalking, doxxing, non-consensual intimate material or publication of private data
• fraud, phishing, impersonation, deceptive synthetic media, malware or attempts to compromise accounts or infrastructure
• spam, mass solicitation, artificial likes, automated interaction manipulation or evasion of rate limits
• content that infringes intellectual-property, personality, privacy or contractual rights
• interference with media protection, access controls, signed URLs, storage agents or moderation systems

8. Artistic nudity

Lawful, non-exploitative artistic nudity may be permitted where the purpose and presentation are genuinely artistic and not primarily pornographic. The operator may remove, restrict or label borderline material to protect minors, comply with law and preserve the platform’s creative focus. Any sexualized depiction involving a minor or a person whose adulthood cannot be reasonably established is prohibited.

9. Moderation tools and enforcement

The operator may review reports and content, reject submissions containing configured blocked words, temporarily hide content after a configured report threshold, reduce visibility, remove content, issue warnings, restrict functions, suspend accounts or terminate accounts. Measures depend on seriousness, context, repetition, legal duties, risks to others and available evidence.

The standard installation does not use AI to make final permanent-suspension decisions. Human administrators make or review consequential moderation decisions. Restrictions are applied diligently, objectively and proportionately, with regard to affected rights and legitimate interests.

Where legally required and contact information is available, the operator provides a statement of reasons and access to an internal review route. Requests for review should identify the account or content, the decision and the reasons it should be changed. Legal notices can be submitted through the notice-and-action form or to boss@mailsdu.com.

10. Feed ordering and recommendations

Discover primarily presents eligible published content. Following combines the user’s own posts, posts from followed creators and posts containing followed topics. Popular uses interaction and visibility signals. Publication time, moderation status, account status and duplicate prevention also affect eligibility and order. Users can influence recommendations by choosing feeds, following or unfollowing creators, and managing followed topics.

11. Storage, availability and backups

Uploads may be stored on the main server or on administrator-configured remote storage nodes. The system may automatically fail over to another node when the preferred node is full or unavailable. Existing content can temporarily become unavailable if its assigned server, network, domain or signed-media service fails.

The operator seeks reasonable availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent storage, a particular storage location or error-free playback. Users must keep independent copies of important work. Maintenance, security incidents, provider failures, legal orders and continued development can restrict or change the service.

12. Sharing links and third-party services

Share buttons can open the browser or operating system’s native share interface or copy a canonical link. The selected receiving application or service is independent and governed by its own terms and privacy policy. The operator does not control what third parties do with a link or public content after sharing.

13. Reports and notices

Community reports are intended for rule violations. The public notice-and-action channel is intended for sufficiently specific allegations of unlawful content and is available without an account when enabled. Reporters must act in good faith and provide accurate information. Abusive, knowingly false, repetitive or manipulative reports may be rejected and may lead to account measures or legal action.

14. Account termination and content deletion

Users may request account deletion through the Privacy Center or available account controls. The operator may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations, security risks, non-payment under a separate agreement, legal obligations or discontinuation of the service. Before deletion, users should export data and retain original media.

Deletion is subject to rights of other users, legal evidence, open reports, authority orders, backup cycles and mandatory retention. Where appropriate, records may be restricted or anonymized instead of immediately erased.

15. Changes to the service and these Terms

The operator may introduce, modify or discontinue features for security, legal, technical or operational reasons. Significant changes to these Terms are communicated through the service or registered contact details. A new version may require renewed acceptance. Continued use after the effective date can constitute acceptance where legally permitted and adequately communicated.

16. Liability

The operator remains liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, guarantees expressly assumed and liability that cannot legally be excluded. For slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of agreement. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

The operator is not responsible for the accuracy, quality or lawfulness of member content merely because it is hosted, without prejudice to mandatory duties after obtaining knowledge of specific unlawful content. Users remain responsible for their content, rights clearance, account security and backups.

17. Consumer dispute resolution

The operator is neither obliged nor generally willing to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings unless a mandatory rule or a separate commitment applies.

The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025. DSA-related out-of-court dispute settlement may be available where the statutory conditions apply; information about review routes is provided on the Transparency & Moderation page.

18. Governing law and severability

German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable at their habitual residence. Mandatory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
